DÉMONOS "From Sacred to Profane" MCD
Tour de Garde, in conspiracy with Iron Bonehead Productions, is proud to present Démonos' debut mini-album, "From Sacred to Profane", on CD format. Hailing from India, Démonos are a black metal duo who derive ancient esoteric wisdom from the occult, nature, and theology. Démonos reflect the futility of ever-spawning man-made doctrines rising out of those that dictate the race of most humankind. Philosophically, both the sound and imagery is aimed to thwart all known dictates of empty societal conformity as a whole. This is to be achieved and practiced through hymns and transmissions ebbing beyond human planes and across endless celestial realms.
Led by the entity Démonos Obscurís, who after years of malefic presence in the Indus underground, has now embarked upon a sonic journey to conjure dark apocalyptic music featuring collaborations with artists of analogous equivalence. Across four tracks in 23 minutes, From Sacred to Profane conjures an avant-garde atmosphere firmly entrenched in the purest black arts. It is a sound both ageless and timeless, the commingling of demonology and the occult spread forth by enshrouded parapsychological spirit-beings. Now, with the alliance between Tour de Garde and Iron Bonehead, Démonos are prepared to lift their veil and traverse the cosmos with "From Sacred to Profane".

LUNAR WOMB "The Sleeping Green" Pro-MC
A delightful treasure unearthed from the past. A grandiose, unreleased recording of dungeon synth tainted with layers inspired by classical music and medieval motion picture soundtracks. Composed and recorded by Henri Sorvali, also known as Trollhorn (from Moonsorrow, Finntroll, etc) back in 1998-1999, "The Sleeping Green" recording has never seen the light on a physical format until today. For this special occasion, this green pro-cassette version include a never published bonus track recorded back in 1997 entitled "Eben Ocean". "Eben Ocean" is a long, trance inducing, ethereal composition that recalls Klaus Schulze's work, or even modern darkened techno such as Demdike Stare and the like.

COFFINSHADE "Demo I" MC
Debut demo of Coffinshade, a depressive black metal collaborative project between two underground devotees from Poland and the U.S. An eerie, macabre and transcendental recording that seems to come from another time when the second wave of black metal arose. Coffinshade's first offering definitely recalls the early days of the Norwegian scene when bands such as Burzum, Strid or Forgotten Woods were pushing the boundaries of desperate sounds in metal music. A masterfully executed demo that perfectly captures the original feeling of depressive black metal.

MOONKNIGHT / RHUITH "To Love is to Destroy" MC
A reunion between American and Italian black metal experimentalists. Moonknight is the project of Horus also known as James Brown III of Harassor from the United States. Moonknight plays on this recording mysterious black metal with a prominent electric bass guitar line and dynamic misty rhythms. A very catchy and well made recording that despite having some pop elements, remains mysterious. Rhuith, from Italy, presents post-black metal with ambient touches leading to captivating and haunting soundscapes. Influenced by post punk, grunge and gothic rock, Rhuith has created a unique piece of spontaneous dark grooves and ethereal depression.

FAUSE KNICHT "Demo I" MC
Fause Knicht is a newly born mystic project of oddly crafted lo-fi dungeon synth from the United States. This debut demo offers a unique approach of the genre while crafting its melody in sheer minimalist form. MORBID LAMENT "Rise Again... Till Dawn" MC
Morbid Lament are new comers of the Quebec vast black metal scene. They are offering a genre of black metal rarely performed by their French Canadian peers, old school primitive black metal obsessed by vampyrism and horror. Inspired by the pioneers of the european black metal scene such as Celtic Frost, Bathory and Beherit they created a fiercely possessed debut demo. Morbid Lament sounds somewhere in between Satanic Tyrant Werwolf's Orlok and Cultes des Ghoules with, obviously, their own Québec black metal twist.

Reissue of the second full-length album from the Lord of one-man black / death metal with more unrelenting brutality and ferocity than ever before.
