Orders are dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of payment and are carefully packaged.
Once orders are placed, they are final. Cancellations or modifications are not possible.
We ship worldwide primarily via air mail service of Canada Post which does not include a tracking number. If you would like a tracking number, please inquire for a quote.
Taxes, duties, fees, etc. on delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that shipping delays (including delays at the customs office) are beyond our control.
U.S. orders are shipped using UPS and includes tracking number which will be provided as soon as the order is processed.
U.S. customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. (Tapes, Vinyl, CD, DVD, magazines and books and all informational materials may be tax exempt according to Chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).
Mail can sometimes be slow, especially international mail. Canada Post airmail service can take up to 4-6 weeks to reach some destinations. Please be patient and do not email us for at least 4 weeks.
